USED EQUIPMENT CONSIGNMENT SALE!

The Consignment Sale is an opportunity for members of the fiber community to buy and sell used fiber equipment during the Market! 

If you have equipment you would like to sell, SCFM will take a 10% commission on all sales.

Fill out the form at the link below (so we can start promoting your items) and bring your piece to the market at 604 Doug Mayes Pl, Charlotte,  either Thursday, August 8 between 1-6 pm or Friday, August 9 after 9 am.

Equipment only, no fiber or yarn.  

Small items, like individual needles and hooks, aren't accepted, but a collection of mutiple items, or needle and hook sets is great.

If you are unable to fill out the online form (or decide to try and sell something at the last minute), you may still bring your items and fill out the form onsite.  

We strongly recommend dropping off your items on Thursday or EARLY Friday so that it can be seen by the greatest number of potential buyers.  Items WILL be accepted until 11am on Saturday, but earlier drop off is more likely to result in a sale.

You will need to collect unsold items from the fiber market by 5:30 on Saturday. Uncollected items will become the property of SCFM unless other arrangements are made prior to the close of the market.

Checks will be issued for all sold items within 21 days of the end of the market.

Sales tax will be collected and paid by SCFM for all items sold in the consignment sale.

This is a great way to pick up a tool you want (or didn't KNOW you  needed) and save some money, while helping another fiber artist declutter at the same time. WIN! WIN!

Be sure to cruise the consignment area early and often, as the offerings may change throughought the day, both Friday and Saturday.

Payment by cash, check or credit card.

Per NC law, sales tax will be charged on all consignment items.
